Olympic National Park – Kalaloch

There are 4 Kalaloch Beaches that I stopped at while driving along Route 101 on the west coast of Olympic National Park. As you drive down the road, there are several signs showing which beach is coming up and where to pull off at. I visited all four beaches, but only walked down to two because each walk down the cliff meant a harder walk back up!

The trail for Beach 1 went through a grove of trees and came out to a cliff with stairs to climb down.

I honestly don’t remember which beaches the following pictures are from, but each stop was surprisingly different from the last! I was also very blessed to have such beautiful weather with no rain in sight!

Do you have a favorite Olympic National Park beach? Mine was Ruby Beach, but I did enjoy visiting all the others and noting how different each one was from the last.
